Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and trendsPropose, plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, web, SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, etc…Collaborate with sales to align marketing efforts and drive resultsTrack, analyze, and optimize campaigns based on performance data inform strategies and ensure maximum effectivenessResponsible for targeted digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing, to enhance online presence and engagementImplement and manage CRM systems (ZOHO CRM or HighLevel CRM preferred) for enhanced sales and marketing alignmentMaintain consistency in brand messaging across marketing channels and materialsDevelop compelling marketing content that resonates with target audiencesIdentify and propose modern marketing tools that will help drive efficiency and results
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience as a Marketing ManagerAt least 2 years of experience in real estate or residential construction industry marketingProven ability to manage cross-channel marketing campaignsExperience with CRM platforms (Zoho or HighLevel preferred) and integration into marketing/sales workflowsIdentify and propose modern marketing tools that will help drive efficiency and resultsAbility to thrive under tight deadlines, provide and receive direct feedback, and set ambitious goals.Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
