The Marketing Manager at Bidmachine will oversee and coordinate a variety of marketing activities, including content creation, media buying, and SEO strategy. While you’ll manage these initiatives, you won’t be responsible for executing all tasks directly—resources will be provided to build and support the Marketing Department. This role requires strong skills in inbound and outbound marketing, content strategy, and collaboration across teams to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Campaign & Content Strategy: Develop and oversee content strategies and inbound/outbound campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
SEO & Media Buying Management: Guide SEO and media buying efforts to enhance visibility and reach target audiences, collaborating with external resources or partners as needed.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, design, and external resources to produce cohesive marketing materials that align with business goals.
Brand Development: Drive consistent brand messaging across all channels and refine brand positioning.
HubSpot Management & Analytics: Utilize HubSpot to manage campaigns, track performance, and optimize lead nurturing and conversion efforts.
Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on insights to maximize effectiveness.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or comparable experience.
3-5+ years in a marketing role, preferably in adtech, martech, SaaS, media, or startups.
Demonstrated experience with inbound and outbound marketing strategies, with a strong focus on content marketing.
Proficiency in HubSpot for campaign management and performance tracking.
Ability to communicate effectively between business and design teams and to oversee multiple projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, with experience in managing teams and scaling marketing functions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Adtech or martech experience.
Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, or similar.
Background in managing digital marketing campaigns, social media, and paid advertising is beneficial.
