Join our team …as a Massage Therapist at The Ritz-Carlton Abama Resort in Tenerife. Who we are looking for We are seeking passionate wellness professionals with a strong service mindset and a genuine desire to create personalized and memorable experiences. As a Massage Therapist, you will deliver high-quality treatments that promote relaxation, balance, and overall well-being, while consistently upholding The Ritz-Carlton’s Gold Standards of excellence. Key responsibilities Perform massage treatments and body therapies in accordance with spa protocols and brand standards. Customize treatments based on each guest’s needs, preferences, and physical condition. Prepare treatment rooms to ensure cleanliness, organization, and a relaxing atmosphere. Clearly explain treatments, products used, and post-treatment recommendations to guests. Ensure a safe, professional, and exceptional guest experience at all times. Maintain proper use, cleaning, and storage of products, equipment, and linens. Comply with hygiene, health, and safety regulations. Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure smooth daily operations. Represent and embody The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards in every guest interaction.RequisitosWhat we expect from you Certified professional training in massage therapy and/or body treatments. Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, preferably in a luxury spa or hotel environment. Knowledge of various massage techniques (relaxation, therapeutic, sports massage, etc.). Excellent communication skills and strong guest service orientation. Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus). Ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic, high-end environment. Valid work permit for Spain.Se ofreceWhat we offer Competitive salary above market standards.
