cBEYONData is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Scheduler to join our team in support of a multi-year SAP S/4 HANA modernization effort for a federal customer. The focus across the broader program includes IT transformation, leveraging subject matter experts to transform business processes, requirements development, change management and human-centered design, among other IT modernization programmatic activities. Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing the project schedule, coordinating and attending scheduling meetings to obtain accurate schedule status
Work with workstream and team leads to develop/build out the project schedule and/or task level activities
Support the build-out and structure within the Agile Management tool (e.g., JIRA) based on project and Sprint structure
Brief senior Government leaders on status of schedule, raising any issues / concerns as soon as possible
Manage multiple priorities in high-paced environment
Develop high level integrated master plan with dependencies

Requirements:

4 years of experience minimum
Expert knowledge and use of MicroSoft Project and Planner
Knowledge and/or use of JIRA (or similar Agile software tool)
Experience supporting large-scale IT transformation with multiple stakeholders aligning schedules and knowing the right questions to ask and when in order to obtain accurate scheduling
Experience on DoD program required for terminology knowledge/understanding
BS/BA degree
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge / understanding of DOD terminology
Experience with Finance systems
Experience supporting Government Project Management Offices (PMOs)
Experience in agile methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework or scrum (certifications preferred)
