Friday Services is seeking to fill a 3rd shift Machine Maintenance position located in Arden, NC. Our client, a leading beverage manufacturer, is seeking to add a highly skilled and motivated Machine Maintenance Technician to their dynamic and multicultural team.What you can expect:Utilize your expertise in electrical systems, including starters, fuses, contacts, and relays, to install, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment.Perform preventative maintenance tasks and repair advanced production equipment to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.Interpret and follow mechanical and electrical schematics to effectively address issues and optimize equipment performance.Collaborate with the team to assist in package changeovers, making necessary adjustments and configurations.Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in the work area, ensuring compliance with 5S standards.Qualifications:PLC and industrial electrical experience: Minimum of 2 years experience working with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems and industrial electrical systems.Packaging/high-speed production experience: Familiarities with packaging and high-speed production environments, such as bottling or consumer product manufacturing.Hydraulic systems experience: Knowledge and experience with hydraulic systems, including high-pressure cylinders, pumps, valves, and troubleshooting.Compressors/ammonia systems experience: Experience with compressors and ammonia systems, such as refrigeration systems commonly used in beverage production.Technical skills: Proficient in using Microsoft applications and the ability to learn and use other business-related applications.
