Mechanical Technician

So, we're very excited to welcome a new member, keep growing, and continue providing top-tier service to our customers that they won't find anywhere else!Duties:Test rotating equipment and troubleshoot problems in shop and fieldDisassemble rotating equipment (Motors, Pumps Blowers, Gearboxes, etc.) to evaluate the condition of their partsClean equipment/parts as needed using parts washers/steamers, sandblaster, etc.Replace and install parts as needed (bearings, gears, seals, impellers, power cable)Reassemble & test equipment for proper operationOperate repair and testing equipment (and other equipment as needed)Assist other mechanics with various dutiesDesired Skills and Requirements:Experience with rotating equipment including pumps, motors, gearboxes, and valves for the water and wastewater industry -- a PLUSMotor rebuilding & winding experience -- a PLUSBenefits:Competitive wage: $25-$35/hr (depending on experience)Paid vacationPaid major holidaysHealth insuranceDental insurance401K Plan
