Medical Reception

Approximately 27 hours per weekMust be available until 6:30pm two days a week.Our busy medical practice is seeking an outgoing, positive person to represent our office at the front desk. Previous experience in the medical field is desired but not required. This position involves greeting patients warmly in person and over the phone, scheduling using our electronic record system, familiarity with insurance policies, collecting payments, balancing, and entering billing codes. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and loves people.We are an enthusiastic office that loves to have fun and is actively engaged in our community.
