Mental Health Therapist

Seeking a part-time therapist to provide therapy to our evening clients. Dreamer Wellness Center/In Home Behavioral Health is located on a 38-acre horse farm and offers farm-based experiential therapy including Equine-assisted, Art, Social Skills, Nature, and Horticulture.Monday through Friday evenings, no weekends. The position will start part-time and build to full-time as the caseload grows.Qualifications:Strong interpersonal skills.Excellent communication skills.Flexible schedule.Detail Oriented.Requirements:Master's Degree in social work, counseling, or related field.Wisconsin License in the field.Must pass a background check.About the Position:Develop and maintain positive and trusting relationships with clients.Meets with clients regularly to provide therapy.Maintains thorough case notes of client meetings and progress.Follows all safety protocols and maintains client confidentiality.The perfect candidate will be comfortable working with children and adults in a creative, and self-directed environment.
