About the Business / Function:
This role can be done remotely in Germany, candidate must have the right to work in Germany without Sponsorship
We are currently recruiting in KUONI for a Project Manager M&E with previous experience within the MICE industry to join our passionate team. We are looking for either Italian Speakers or Portuguese/ German and English Speakers ideally.
Candidates should ideally be coming from an event agency or a DMC and have previously worked with a wide range of clients. End to end event/project management is key and candidates must be able to manage the full scope of their own events, from answering the client request/brief with the best tailored proposal to financial reconciliation. We’re always looking for talented, creative people who share our passion for events. Key Responsibilities:
Create, plan and deliver large-scale events for a variety of foreign clients across the yearProposal creation and pitch, when requiredFull logistics including accommodation bookings and all land arrangements throughout full domestic territorySupplier management prior, during and after the eventNegotiating with third parties to maximize value creationClient and account management to ensure repeat businessOnsite management of the eventBudget management and post event reconciliationReporting to various stakeholdersTo Succeed in the Role, You Should Have:
Previous experience/working knowledge in the MICE industry for at least 5 yearsEnglish, Portuguese and German Fluency is a mustDeep knowledge of the territory and what it can offer in terms of MICE services
