About the Role:
Ooma is seeking a confident and self-motivated Account Executive focused on delivering communications solutions targeting Fire/Safety and Legacy POTS phone line replacement solutions to small and medium sized business in vertical markets such as Retail, Healthcare, Corporate Real Estate, Data Centers, K-12, Universities, Federal, and State facilities. Using your technical and financial expertise, along with your critical thinking and negotiation skills, you will help tailor our customer’s needs into winning solutions.
What You’ll Do:

Driving new revenue through customer acquisition via direct and indirect lead sources.
Consistently achieve and/or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Conduct effective discovery while leveraging remote resources (sales engineering, finance, management, etc.) to qualify and close the deal.
Meticulous sales opportunity pipeline management in Salesforce.
Provide and prepare presentations for sales opportunities.
Come prepared and engage at team meetings and weekly 1 on 1's

Experience We’re Looking For:

2-5 years of technology solution-based selling (SaaS, Unified Communications, Cloud applications, VoIP, telephony)
Strong understanding of Unified Communications, POTS phone lines, telephony, networking and cloud solutions.
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed quota.
Skilled In conducting presentations, online web demos, and adhering to a measured sales process.
Demonstrate talent and hustle - ability to drive sales cycle with the decision maker.
Proficiency with Salesforce. Experience with Five9 and Outreach is a plus.
Strong Interpersonal skills, ability to convey and relate Ideas to others.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done.
Excellent communicator.
College Bachelor's Degree required.

The base salary range for candidates within the United States is listed below. Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, specific location, etc. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Regular employees may also be eligible for bonus(es), sales incentive(s) (target included in OTE) and/or stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).United States Pay Range$60,000—$75,000 USD
