The Money Compliance team’s mission is to support Robinhood’s banking related products, including credit card and money transmitter products for Robinhood Credit, Inc. and Robinhood Money, LLC.
As the Money Compliance Data Lead you will support the Money Compliance team's data and reporting needs. This includes building and maintaining recurring reports, and conducting ad-hoc analysis.
It is preferred that this role is located in one of the office locations listed on this job description which will align with our in-office working environment. This position is only eligible for remote work in limited geographies within the US where we do not have physical office locations. What you’ll do

Propose, develop and maintain data dashboards which reflect everything from high-level program KPIs (i.e. alert generation to SAR filing ratio) to individual analyst performance (i.e. cases actioned by day per Analyst).
Support strategic initiatives through the use of data analytics to improve awareness of risk exposures to money operations.
Develop automated data solutions, ad-hoc reports or data extracts to support compliance operations, compliance monitoring and testing, and satisfy regulatory requests.
Develop easily digestible dashboards of management information via data visualization tools such as Looker.

What you bring

3+ years of qualifying experience in a professional data reporting or analysis capacity, including one year of experience in financial technology industries
Comfortability working with large, imperfect data sets
Proficiency in data mining, data visualizations, and familiarity to programming, including exposure to SQL, Python, and/or R
Passion for performing data deep dives and using statistical techniques to uncover meaning insights; high degree of natural curiosity
Self-starter, resourceful and adaptive in fast-paced environments; who is comfortable with ambiguity and possess excellent judgment and communication skills

The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan.
