Hours range from 10-30 hours per week, and is ideal for parents, students, retirees, and individuals with other personal/professional schedules- Varied work environments, both indoors and outdoors, across Hampden County, ensuring your workspace is ever-changing- Opportunities for personal and professional long-term growth within our teamResponsibilities:-Professionally Move, Load and Unload Furniture-Collaborate with team members to facilitate downsizing, relocation, and estate liquidation processes- Provide exceptional customer service while assisting clients with packing, unpacking, moving, and estate cleanouts- Support auction buyers during on-site pickups and sales- Organize, pack, unpack, and resettle clients in their new living spacesRequirements:- Demonstrated compassion and respect for clients and their families- Strong verbal communication skills and fluency in English- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments and adapt to new challenges- Willingness to work in various settings, including cluttered or unkempt environments, without temperature control- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills with keen attention to detail- Reliable transportation and smartphone access for scheduling and project management- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and undergo a pre-employment background check.
