MS Dynamics Business Consultant – Team Lead

ProyectoAs a Business Consultant Team Lead you will play a crucial role in driving excellence in Dynamics AX support, leading a talented group of consultants, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our IT processes. You will manage a team of 5 consultants, who are integral members of a larger group consisting of over 20 professionals based in Poland, Spain, and the Netherlands. This collaborative team closely cooperates, fostering an environment where members exchange valuable professional experiences.RolProvide support for daily issues, problems, and questions related to Dynamics AX from all international units.Manage a team of 5 consultants.Collaborate with contractors.Oversee the management of full IT processes.Identify potential areas for process improvement based on end user feedback and perform functional design for change requests.Maintain documentation of changes made to the setup.RequisitosPractical advanced knowledge of one module in Dynamic AX; knowledge and maintenance of other modules will be an asset.2+ years of experience as a team leader.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Open to working 3 days from the office.Qué ofreceCompetitive salary: Remuneration that will be adequate to your skills, experience and results – we appreciate employees, also financially.Vacation incentive: For your long time vacation once per year, you will receive an additional incentive.Sports card: Do you like going to sports activities?
