FAYETTEVILLE, AR (NATIONWIDE SEARCH)A warm, fun-loving family of six seeks a FULL-TIME CHILD CAREGIVER/FAMILY ASSISTANT! This tight-knit household, with four delightful girls, aged 1-5 years, is looking for someone who can help keep everything running smoothly and efficiently. Mom is a stay-at-home parent and seeks a dependable partner to share the load of childcare, schedule management, and household organization. Your role will be dynamic and engaging, from school pickups and diaper changes to organizing closets and coordinating activities. If you're a Jack/Jill of all trades, this job is perfect for you!The schedule is Tuesday to Saturday (Sunday and Monday off), from 10am-6pm or 11am-7pm, guaranteeing 40 hours per week with a weekly date night. You must be available to work at least one weekend day. The parents handle the morning routine and school drop offs. You and Mom will team up to pick the girls up from school between 3:30-4pm and take them to after-school activities. Family dinners are between 5 and 5:30pm, followed by the bedtime routine, with lights out around 7pm.The eldest two attend private school during the academic year. The youngest two go to school on Tuesdays and Thursdays. During summer, the focus shifts more to childcare and less on household management tasks, as all four girls will be home. The eldest is neat, tidy, and loves to read. She enjoys dance and gymnastics classes with her 4-year-old sister. The 4-year-old is outgoing and enjoys following her sister's lead. The 2-year-old is exploring her interests and embracing toddlerhood. The youngest is at home and is starting to show her personality!Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of childcare and household management, such as school pickups, activity transportation, meal prep, laundry, pet care, tidying, and organizing. You will also assist with teacher gifts, class parties, and household projects, aligning closely with Moms routines. The ideal candidate is hyper-organized and can seamlessly integrate with Moms systems. Prior nanny experience is a MUST. They seek someone who is proactive, list-loving, and anticipates needs before they arise. Someone who is always two steps ahead! You should enjoy working as a team with a stay-at-home mom, taking initiative, and staying busy!The family loves to travel, including trips to Disney World, cruises, and beach vacations. They travel over spring break, after Christmas, and take multiple week-long trips and weekend excursions. There is a preference for a nanny with a valid passport or ability to obtain one. The family resides in a private, gated golf community. While they prefer live-out candidates, they are open to temporary live-in arrangements. Live-in accommodations include a studio apartment with a private bathroom, bedroom/living area, and kitchenette (no stovetop), with all utilities included.Pay is $27-32/hour.
