Proceso de selección continuo.FuncionesAbout the Role We are seeking a highly commercial, strategic, and people-oriented National Key Account Manager to lead and develop the business in Spain for a leading multinational consumer goods company. This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing national key accounts, driving commercial growth, and leading a sales team based in Barcelona. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for strategic retail customers while ensuring the delivery of ambitious growth objectives in the Spanish market. The role requires a strong balance between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally. The ideal profile combines strong commercial expertise, leadership capabilities, resilience, and a growth mindset within fast-paced FMCG environments. Key Responsibilities -Lead and develop national key accounts across Spain. -Manage, coach, and support a sales team of 4 people based in Barcelona. -Build and execute a structured commercial and P&L growth strategy for the Spanish market. -Develop strong long-term relationships with key retail customers and buying managers. -Lead commercial negotiations, pricing agreements, and promotional plans. -Identify and develop new business and growth opportunities. -Analyze commercial KPIs, market trends, and account performance to drive decision-making. -Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, finance, and customer service teams. -Lead business reviews and commercial presentations with strategic clients. -Ensure achievement of sales targets, profitability, and market share objectives. -Prepare forecasts and manage the commercial pipeline. -Operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels. -Support the continued growth of the business in Spain.Requisitos-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields. -8 /10+ years of experience in national commercial roles or Senior Key Account Management. -Previous experience managing national accounts and leading teams. -Strong experience working with retail customers and buying teams. -Background in consumer goods / FMCG environments preferred. Experience in the food & beverage sector is necessary. -Proven track record in driving commercial growth in developing or scaling businesses. Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills. -Strategic, results-oriented, and highly analytical mindset. -Excellent communication and influencing skills across senior stakeholders. -Ability to work in dynamic, multicultural, and fast-paced environments. - Advanced English level. -Availability to travel within Spain (20–30%).
