This position involves coordinating with teams, ensuring data accuracy and compliance, and providing clinical insights to facilitate high-quality research outcomes. Additionally, the CRN coordinates timely delivery of quarterly reporting to partner hospitals.* This role works in-office in Brentwood, TN. There are no remote work options.Key Responsibilities:Daily chart reviews for critical care patient population across partner hospitalsExtraction of relevant clinical data from hospital partner EMRs for entry into APACHE databaseCollaboration with data team colleagues to create quarterly reporting for partner hospitalsProvide clinical insights and expertise; ensuring that data is clinically relevant and appropriately interpretedValidating data in collaboration with our physician teamEnsure timely delivery of quarterly reporting to partner hospitalsOccasional clinical oversight of staff in Virtual Care CenterRequirements:APACHE experience preferredExperience with Epic and Cerner required2+ years of clinical informatics preferred2+ years of clinical practice is required, Critical Care preferredTime as part of a data team preferredMicrosoft Office experience required (Excel, PowerPoint)Knowledge and Skills:Ability to effectively manage time, ensuring timely delivery of partner hospital reportingAbility to effectively navigate different EMRsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in computer documentation and navigation; windows-based computer operationsEducation:Valid RN licensure or an unencumbered compact nursing license and the ability to acquire additional nursing licensesAssociate or bachelors degree in nursing from an acceptable and recognized institutionIn addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for 401k, continuing education, and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements).
