We are committed to empowering our clients to achieve their full potential through individualized care plans in a supportive environment.Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality therapy services for pediatric and adult clients, focusing on improving functional skills, daily living activities, and overall well-being. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to create customized treatment plans that address each clients unique needs.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate clients' abilities and needs to develop personalized treatment plans.Provide direct occupational therapy services to pediatric and/or adult clients.Help clients improve their fine motor skills, sensory processing, cognitive skills, and functional independence.Work collaboratively with other therapists, physicians, and caregivers to coordinate care.Educate clients, families, and caregivers on strategies for maintaining progress at home.Document client progress, maintain accurate records, and complete necessary reports.Participate in team meetings, ongoing education, and professional development activities.Supervise/Mentor COTAs as needed.Qualifications:Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (Arizona OT license required).Experience working with pediatric populations.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to teamwork.Ability to develop creative, client-centered therapy plans.Benefits:Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Collaborative, supportive work environment.Access to cutting-edge therapy tools and resources.How to Apply:Please submit your resume, cover letter, and references to [email protected].
