Small Talk Pediatric Therapy Center, LLC is a small, privately-owned private practice specializing in pediatrics. We offer individualized, family-based treatment to our clients and encourage connection with families in order to maximize growth. Our office provides speech, occupational and physical therapies, with opportunities to work together with other disciplines for a holistic approach to treatment.Immediate openings available for full/part time Occupational Therapist along with opportunities to provide supervision. Seeking experienced candidates with strong clinical skills and experience working with a diverse population. Must have strong people skills and be comfortable working closely with families and other professionals. Must be registered with NBCOT and licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Must have current CPR, first aid certification, and professional liability insurance in the minimum amounts required by Virginia code. Provide direct weekly occupational therapy services, evaluations, and consultations; coordinate home plans with families. Opportunity to work in multiple office locations. Flexible hours available with therapists in charge of their own schedules.
