Duties:- Provide administrative support to the executive team and perform general office duties- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in handling confidential matters- Find work for businessRequirements:- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional phone etiquette- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Familiarity with office equipment and basic knowledge of office procedures- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality- MUST KNOW HOW TO USE QUICKBOOKS ONLINE- MUST KNOW HOW TO USE Microsoft WORDSSkills:- Administrative skills- Front desk experience- Office management experience- Proficiency in using DocuSign or similar electronic signature software- Event planning experience- Experience as a clerk or in a similar role handling administrative tasks- Strong organizational skills for managing projects and coordinating tasks- Familiarity with phone systems and professional phone etiquettePlease note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties or requirements.
