Duración de la oferta: hasta el 20/06/2026.FuncionesPerform front of house duties such a welcoming visitors and screening and directing phone calls. Day to day running of the office, liaising with suppliers and service providers accordingly (order, receive, check invoices with actuals, manage cleaning company) Proactive and extensive diary coordination Travel management planning and coordination (multiple schedules and time zones) , accommodation, transfers, door to door itineraries primarily for one Partner and team members Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and video conferences Traditional support and administrative duties, including expense processing (SAP Concur system) , meeting and document preparation and any further ad hoc requests. Manage office and kitchen supplies, the meeting rooms and common areas to ensure all remain clean and organised Organise / coordinate team and office events Act as gate keeper, screening calls and meeting requests Interactions across the Group, liaising with various teams and levels of seniorityRequisitosPrevious experience in a similar role Service oriented with a passion for providing high quality work Professional can do attitude with exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both English and Spanish Excellent organisational skills, planning and prioritisationSe ofreceFull time permanent role, 5 days per week, 40 hours Competitive salary and benefits Opportunity to work with colleagues in a diverse and inclusive working environment 9. 00 18. 00
