The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining effective communication across all project stakeholders. This role is crucial to the smooth execution of our projects and requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills.Key Responsibilities Administrative SupportAssist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.Manage and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and plans.Handle correspondence and communication with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.Project CoordinationSupport project managers in tracking project progress and milestones.Assist in the preparation of project reports and updates.Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to job sitesCommunicationFacilitate effective communication between project teams, clients, and other stakeholders.Respond to inquiries and provide timely updates on project status.Ensure all parties are informed of any changes or issues that may arise.Logistics and Inventory ManagementMonitor and manage inventory levels of construction materials and supplies.Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.Assist in maintaining accurate records of inventory usage and orders.Data ManagementMaintain accurate and up-to-date project data and records.Assist in the analysis of project data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Utilize project management software and tools to track project metrics.QualificationsBachelors DegreeNo previous Experience RequiredProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiencyHow to Apply Interested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter outlining their qualifications and experience to [email protected]
