OverviewAssistintheevolutionofourworkplacecultureandhelpwithnurturinganinclusive,collaborative environment as the organization continues to innovate and grow. Under the directionoftheDeputy Director of Talent Management,thecoordinatorwillfacilitate strategicemployeelearningandengagementprogramsincluding,butnotlimitedto, managementandleadershipdevelopment,onboarding,internships,andcareerdevelopment through various modalities including presentations to large or small groups, e-learning, and interactive sessions, etc. The coordinator will continually identify opportunities to improve theemployeeexperienceandhelpexecuteinitiativesthatsupport andadvancethemission, values,andstrategicvisionoftheorganizationandaidintheattraction,retention,and motivation of staff.ResponsibilitiesRecommends, designs, develops, and implements innovative online and in-person learning and development programs that support the full employment lifecycle, includingonboarding,careerdevelopment,successionplanning,andmanagementand leadership development.Assesses needs, analyzes gaps, researches best practices, and partners with Human Resourcescolleaguesandmanagementtoidentify,develop,andimplementsuccessful and innovative learning and development programs.Coordinatespost-trainingsurveys,evaluatestheeffectivenessoftrainingprograms,and makes needed adjustments, ensuring employee experiences are positive and constructive.Coordinates organizational development program activities including forming committees,scheduling,purchasing,eventlogistics,marketing,andvendorrelations.Coordinatestuitionreimbursementprogram.CoordinatesuseoftheLearningManagementSystemandtrainingdatabase,provides support to all users, resolves issues, and works with vendors as needed.Developslearningreportsandensurestrainingdataisleveragedwithinthe organization.Maintains knowledge of best practices in educational trends, changes and developments,andservicestrategies.Recommendsnewapproaches,modifications,or changes that will improve efficiency and/or effectiveness.Coordinates employee engagement surveys, events, activities, and rewards and recognitionprogramstocreateahighlyengagedcultureinwhichallteammembersfeel valued.Coordinatesandmonitorsemployeeresourcegroups,programs,andactivitiesthat promote and sustain a healthy community and workforce.Coordinates internal communications campaigns to increase employee awareness, understanding,andengagementwhileinspiringmulti-directionalcommunicationacross multiple channels and supporting org-wide initiatives.CreatesandmaintainscurrentStandardOperatingProceduredocumentation(SOPs)for the duties of the Organizational Development Coordinator position.Performsotherrelateddutiesasassignedtosupportoverallorganizationandemployee development initiatives.QualificationsEducation: Bachelors Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, Leadership, Management or related field preferred.Experience: Two (2) years experience in employee training, engagement, diversity, equity, inclusion, organizational culture, or a related
