Job descriptionOverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and childcare, with experience working with children in various educational settings.Hiring 5 paraprofessionals with varying schedules. Possible schedules available are:Monday through Friday from 7:30 - 3:30Monday through Friday from 9:30 - 5:30Monday through Friday from 11:00 - 2:00Monday through Friday from 1:00 - 5:00Monday through Friday from 2:00 - 5:00 / 5:30Monday through Friday from 7:00 - 12:30Responsibilities (Depend on Schedule)Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activitiesSupport students in their learning and developmentProvide one-on-one or small group instruction as directed by the teacherMonitor students during recess and lunch ensuring safety and behaviorAssist with classroom management and behavior reinforcementOversee and monitor after school students, provide tutoring, ensure safetyQualifications and TraitsExperience working with children, preferably in an educational or childcare settingFamiliarity with literacy education and math conceptsDependableStrong communication and interpersonal skillsWillingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the classroomProactive, problem solverIf you enjoy working with children, and have the skills to support student learning, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding Paraprofessional or After School Care positions.Job Type: Full-time or Part-Time AvailablePay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
