We are looking to strengthen our team with the following role: PASTRY SOUS CHEF (M/F) Responsibilities: • Assist the Pastry Chef with the day-to-day coordination of operations; • Ensure that pastry products are prepared and presented in accordance with defined quality standards; • Supervise the team, ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safety standards; • Participate in the creation and development of new ideas and menus; • Monitor stock levels and waste, and ensure products are stored correctly; • Ensure the pastry section is kept tidy and clean.Requisitos• Professional training in pastry making or equivalent experience in the role; • Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in the luxury hospitality sector; • Strong organisational, planning and operational management skills; • Leadership qualities and a team-oriented approach; • A sense of responsibility, dynamism and attention to detail; • Availability and flexibility regarding working hours.Se ofrece• A competitive salary package, commensurate with proven experience; • Staff transport; • A dynamic and constantly evolving working environment, with a focus on staff development and well-being. • A competitive salary package, with additional benefits.
