Duración de la oferta: hasta el 31/08/2026.FuncionesReporting to the Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist, this role is responsible for supporting employee lifecycle administration, with a particular focus on joiner, leaver, and benefits administration processes. The role ensures that payroll- related information associated with employee hires, terminations, and benefits changes is accurately maintained and processed, while supporting compliance with company policies and local legislation. By delivering efficient and accurate administration, the role helps ensure payroll accuracy and a seamless employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle - Support the administration of employee lifecycle processes, with a primary focus on onboarding, offboarding, and employee benefits administration. - Coordinate joiner and leaver documentation and related payroll inputs in partnership with the payroll provider, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders. - Administer employee benefits and flexible compensation programmes, ensuring all payroll- related changes are communicated and processed accurately. - Prepare, validate, and maintain employee data, records, and documentation to support payroll processing and compliance requirements. - Liaise with payroll providers, benefits vendors, legal advisors, and other external partners to support the effective delivery of employee administration and payroll processes. - Respond to employee queries relating to onboarding, offboarding, benefits, payroll administration, and related employee lifecycle matters. - Support payroll administration activities, including employee changes, settlements, payroll reporting, and other payroll- related transactions throughout the employee lifecycle. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance payroll, benefits, and employee administration processes, efficiency, and employee experience. Requisitos- 1- 2 years of experience in payroll administration, employee lifecycle administration, HR operations, or a payroll outsourcing environment is preferred. - Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. - Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong knowledge of MS Office applications. - Experience using Power BI or similar reporting and analytics tools. - Strong numerical, analytical, and problem- solving skills with a high level of attention to detail. - Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of accuracy. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external providers. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast- paced, international environmentSe ofreceInternational environment Base compensation + bonus + side benefits 3 days at the office and 2 days at home
