Job Summary: Responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee information and payroll-related activities. Maintains and updates records, assists with data verification, responds to employee queries, and supports day-to-day payroll and administrative processes while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department; • Process payroll for employees; • Calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions, including taxes and benefits; • Ensure compliance with Tax Authority payroll reporting obligations; • Maintain and update employee payroll and contractual records; • Verify timesheets and attendance records; • Prepare payroll reports; • Respond to employee payroll-related queries; • Ensure compliance with the Portuguese Labour Code; • Support internal and external audits.Requisitos • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field, or relevant professional experience in payroll; • Previous experience in payroll processing; • Knowledge of Portuguese labour legislation and HR procedures; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR/payroll information systems, particularly PRIMAVERA; • Strong organisational and time management skills; • Strong attention to detail and accuracy; • Good communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Fluency in Portuguese and English.Se ofrece • Joining a stable and established company; • A supportive and dynamic work environment; • Opportunities for growth and professional development; • Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications; • Ongoing training and development; • Birthday day off; • Birthday voucher; • Maternity/Paternity support voucher.
