You’ll play a key role in managing our US and Canada payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless experience for our employees. If you thrive in a high-growth environment, have exceptional attention to detail, and enjoy solving complex payroll challenges, we’d love to hear from you!How You’ll Make an Impact:Payroll Processing & Management:Own the end-to-end payroll process for salaried, hourly, and commissioned employees across the US and Canada.Ensure accurate and timely processing of semi-monthly payroll, including monthly and quarterly commissions and bonuses and off-cycle checks (final paychecks, severance, etc.).Audit employee timesheets and paid time off requests to maintain payroll accuracy.Collaborate with the VP of Finance for final payroll approvals.Ensure all variables and commissions are accurately reflected in the sales commission system.Compliance & Auditing:Maintain compliance with multi-state wage and hour laws, keeping up with federal, state, and local regulations.Support the audit process for payroll, 401(k), workers' compensation, and other internal and external reviews.Assist with ensuring annual forms are accurately prepared, such as W-2s and 1099s.Tax Set Up & Reporting:Assist with tax setup for new hires and ensure location tax configurations are correct.Serve as the primary liaison with external agencies and vendors, addressing system issues, tax updates, and system enhancements.Collaboration & Communication:Act as the go-to resource for employee payroll inquiries, providing clear and timely responses.Generate payroll reports to support various teams, including HR, Finance, and leadership.Partner with external parties to ensure smooth payroll processing and accurate data sharing.What We’re Looking For:3+ years of experience managing full-cycle, multi-state payroll.Strong working knowledge of payroll systems (Rippling experience is a plus).Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, etc.).Experience with sales commission software and payroll inquiries.Ability to handle sensitive payroll information with discretion and confidentiality.Proven problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach to payroll support.Benefits:$60,000 - $75,000, depending on location and experienceFully remote positionStock optionsFlexible PTO11 paid company holidaysPaid parental leaveHealth, Dental, and Vision insuranceEmployer paid Basic Life insurance and Short-Term Disability insuranceCompany contribution match for HSA and 401(k)Pet insuranceAt Limble we are solution-oriented and customer-obsessed.
