Proceso de selección continuo.FuncionesWhat’s the internship? As P&C intern you’ll be helping the team in any query they might have and support the department in all the areas. You’ll be supervised by the P&C Director. Your day-to-day - Assist new team members with the documents required. - Assist the new team members with their orientation day. - Create and post job positions in different job portals. - Assist job fairs and school workshops. - Develop initiatives that improve employee engagement. - Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines. - Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information.RequisitosWhat we need from you - Currently studying HR related field or hospitality. - Must be fluent in local language and English, additional languages will be highly valuable. - Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker and with passion for service.Se ofreceWhat to expect from us: - 450€ gross/month. - Training programmes and access to IHG’s training tool. - Meals included on shift. - Cool environment and lots of fun!
