About the RoleThe ideal candidate will handle all aspects of talent management, from acquisition to employee relations, and contribute to building a positive company culture. This role will work closely with the Country Head on people management strategies and collaborate with department leads to address staffing, talent, and other HR matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and selectionDevelop and implement engaging onboarding programs for new hiresManage internal movements, promotions, and ensure a transparent processHandle employee terminations with professionalism and complianceAddress and resolve member conflicts and grievances effectivelyPromote and enhance company culture through various initiativesBuild and maintain positive relationships with members at all levelsDevelop and implement policies to improve employee satisfaction and engagementCollaborate with the Country Head on people management strategiesWork with department leads on staffing, talent management, and other HR needs
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in HR, focusing on talent acquisition and people managementStrong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to handle sensitive and confidential informationStrong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skillExperience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.Experience in gaming or web3 is a plus
