Our 180+ team members are located in 27 countries and bring experience as entrepreneurs, investors, and operators from some of the world’s leading technology companies. https://500.co/https://sea.500.co/Job Scope:Leverages existing templates to deliver employment agreements and contracts to support the international growth and development of 500 Global, and ensures proper storage and maintenance of executed agreements. Participates in global people related special projects.Essential FunctionsDraft templated consulting and employment offers for all global hires, contractors, and consultants ensuring accuracy and completeness, and timely turnaround.Address and escalate contracting issues related to coaches, mentors, or other short-term engagements.Maintain document retention and version control of employment offers and contract templates.Organize and track information, periodically auditing archives for accuracy and completeness, maintaining electronic recordkeeping of documents, including employment, compliance, role change, and other such information.Liaise with the wider People department, Hiring Managers, or Legal functions as needed.Serves as a member of the global People team and participates in special projects and firm culture events.Other duties as needed.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, International Business or related field.Ideal role for someone looking to start their career in Human Resources or pivot their career to Human Resources.Fluent English speaker.Technical RequirementsMac & PC ProficientProficiency with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office Suite Tech savvy and able to learn and adopt new technologies.Preferred QualificationsSome professional work experience gained through internship or full-time employment.Experience with Airtable.Excellent communication skills with a strong attention to detail.Highly organized.Strong customer service and people skills.Benefits: Health Care Plan (Medical & Dental), Group Term Life, Wellness Allowance, Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays), Training & Development500 Global does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, religion, age, national origin, marital status, disability, veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other reason prohibited by law in provision of employment opportunities and benefits.500 Global collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
