For this role, we prefer candidates who are either based in Dubai or working remotely within +/- 4 hours GST time.As a People Operations Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our people operations, ensuring that all people-related processes run smoothly. You’ll handle people administration, data management, and compliance. You will coordinate onboarding, payroll, and employee inquiries. Your work will be essential to maintaining a positive employee experience and operational efficiency.\nResponsibilitiesMaintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.Manage People tools and systems, optimising workflows and ensuring data integrity.Prepare reports and analyse people metrics to support data-driven decision-making.Coordinate the department in delivering internal audits, policy updates, and implementation of people initiatives.Manage the administration associated with onboarding and off-boarding, ensuring a smooth experience by coordinating administrative activities.
