Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled People Operations Specialist to join our team and support our employees in Poland, Germany and Sweden (and other international locations as required). The ideal candidate will contribute their expertise to provide high-quality, employee-oriented services and ensure efficient administration of daily People functions.
Key Responsibilities:

Daily Operations: Ensure efficient operation of employment processes, including contract preparation, onboarding, changes, absences, and offboarding.
Benefits and Compensation: Administer employee benefits and compensation programs, and guide related inquiries.
Oracle System: Maintain data, approve change requests, generate and analyze reports, and work on updates and improvements.
Personnel Administration: Maintain accurate personnel records and manage administrative tasks related to the employee lifecycle.
Payroll: Process employee movements and prepare monthly salary reports.
Health and Safety: Schedule and assist with medical check-ups, and manage work safety and protection documents.
International Assignments: Assist with international assignments and relocation documents.
Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations while maintaining a positive work environment.
General Employment Matters: Handle various employment-related tasks and ensure alignment with company policies and local regulations.


Qualifications
Educational Background

University degree

Previous Experience

Minimum 3 years in a similar role
Experience with an HR database preferred, training provided if needed

Knowledge and Skills

High knowledge of employment legislation and HR policies
Proven experience in People/HR operations (min 3 years), preferably in a remote capacity.
Strong IT skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with Oracle HR systems or similar HRIS.
