If you’re looking for a career that champions your creativity, supports your growth, and advocates for you to get better every day, then Achieve is where you belong!QualificationsWhat you’ll do:Execution: Execute search strategy across advertising platforms like Google and Bing, and possess strong knowledge of the nuances of each platformBudget Growth and Management: Proficiency in managing budgets effectively to maximize ROIAnalytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive actionable insights to optimize campaignsA/B Testing: Planning and executing A/B tests to improve ad performance and conversion ratesBest Practices: Implement channel best practices and drive data driven optimization across targeting, bidding strategies, creative/ad copy, platform, publishers, landing page, keywords etc.Creative: Collaborate with our creative team to provide leadership on creative and content experiences that drive conversionsCollaborate: Work with other teams in the organization on ways to continue to improve SEM campaignsWhat you’ll bring:2+ year experience in managing SEM Campaigns, 1+ year in agency environment preferredProficient in understanding of the functionalities and features of major search engine advertising platformsExperience running marketing strategy and campaign execution, including experience with bid strategies, audience segmentation targeting, etc.Ability to develop and execute effective SEM strategies aligned with business goalsExperience in launching and optimizing PMax campaignsClear and effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate strategies, results, and recommendationsHands on with analysis on channel performance, identify optimization opportunities and use data to inform business decisionsProficient with tools - Google Ads, Microsoft Bing, Advanced ExcelExecutional comfort on ad-tech areas such as link tracking, conversion pixels/tags, measurement and attribution Additional InformationAchieve well-being with:Hybrid and remote work opportunities401 (k) with employer matchMedical, dental, and vision with HSA and FSA optionsCompetitive vacation and sick time off, as well as dedicated volunteer daysAccess to wellness support through Employee Assistance Program, Talkspace, and fitness discountsUp to $5,250 paid back to you on eligible education expensesPet care discounts for your furry family membersFinancial support in times of hardship with our Achieve Care FundA safe place to connect and a commitment to diversity and inclusion through our six employee resource groupsSalary Range: $60,000 to $95,000 annually + bonus + benefits.
