If you choose to stay with our company for 2 years after completing the residency, the program is entirely free. Upon successful completion of the residency, you are prepared to test for both the COMT and OCS certifications, significantly enhancing your professional credentials.</p><p><strong>PT Cohort Program for Business Training.</strong> The PT Cohort is a 2 year-long program that includes eight sessions (one per quarter). Each session includes a day of learning and professional development along with social events in the evening after each session. At the PT Cohorts, you will build connections with other PT and teammates, grow knowledge of the company, understand foundational clinical frameworks and learn about clinical growth opportunities.</p><p><strong>Collaboration and Care Team Model.</strong>Opportunity to work within a care team that provides support, where you can ask questions and learn from your peers both within individual clinics and across the organization.
