Plant Operator

Job Description:Responsible for plant operations and proper functioning of the equipment for their individual shiftAssure that the Processing Plant operates efficiently and safelyMaintain and repair operating equipment at the Processing Plant in order to optimize plant productivity and efficiencyProduction bonus potentialKeep detailed daily records, and communicate those records to the Plant ManagerHandle and/or supervise the handling of any hazardous materials in strict accordance with company safety proceduresPerform basic lab work including sample testingCommunicate supply needs to Plant ManagerPerform and/or supervise other miscellaneous tasks as directed by the Plant Manager such as: cleaning, painting, minor equipment repairs, and building maintenanceThree 12 hour shifts, and one 6 hour shift per weekOther Benefits for full time employees:Competitive employee benefitsEmployer pays 98% of health insurance premiumEmployer pays 100% of dental insurance premiumEmployer contribution to an HSALunch/Dinner is provided by employerThis position is for the day shift
