Monitor and review project performance to ensure alignment with goals, timelines, and budgets. Provide regular status reports and updates to stakeholders. Identify and recommend improvements to existing project management processes. Develop and standardize best practices for project planning, execution, and delivery. Oversee resource allocation and utilization across projects. Ensure that project teams are appropriately staffed and supported. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders. Ensure stakeholder needs and expectations are understood and managed. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field. Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in project management or PMO role. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Relevant Cretifications like PMP, ITIL are preferred.
