Who we are looking for… Are you passionate about creating exceptional poolside experiences? As a Pool Attendant in our luxury resort, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our guests. If you enjoy working outdoors, have great attention to detail, and love delivering outstanding service, we would love to meet you! Your responsibilities include… Greeting and assisting guests at the pool area with courtesy and professionalism, ensuring a relaxing and memorable experience. Monitoring pool areas to ensure guest safety and compliance with regulations. Setting up, organizing, and maintaining sun loungers, towels, and umbrellas in perfect condition. Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and impeccable presentation of all pool areas at all times. Assisting guests with requests such as towel service, resort information, or coordinating additional services. Identifying and reporting maintenance issues or safety concerns. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless and high-quality service. Promoting additional services to enhance the guest experience. Staying informed about resort promotions, services, and activities to proactively assist guests.RequisitosFriendly, proactive, and guest-oriented attitude. Previous experience in hospitality, resorts, or recreational environments (preferred). Ability to work outdoors and in a team-oriented, dynamic environment. Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail, especially regarding safety. Fluency in English and Spanish (German is a plus).
