Preschool Assistant

- Child Development units (12 units or more ) or going to school for ECE is mandatoryResponsibilities:- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool students- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in each child- Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians- Manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive learning environment- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experienceExperience:- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices- Familiarity with classroom management techniques- Experience in special education or tutoring is a plusSkills:- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong organizational and time management abilities- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students- Passion for working with young children and helping them reach their full potentialNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
