Summary
The Product Team at PosiGen is responsible for driving the effectiveness and profitability of how we deliver our core financial, asset, and services products to our Customers through innovative process and platform development. The Product Team operates as a key liaison between business units and our Technology group in strategic and operational software projects. The Product Analyst Role will drive business intelligence critical to optimizing the existing and future delivery mechanisms for PosiGen’s core Product pillars.
Essential Job Functions

Develop analyses across the customer offering, asset, and service Product pillars in support of strategic and tactical cross-functional change management and scaling initiatives
Evaluate operational processes for improvement and build reporting requirements to measure effectiveness of product delivery focusing on measuring handoff points


Utilize structured and unstructured data to analyze, quantify, and develop business case for new opportunities and strategic initiative prioritization
Support implementation of data warehouse and continued refinement of corporate level metrics and insight automation across business functions
Support data integrity management and governance primarily in a Salesforce environment
Perform analysis of operational process efficiency and drive requirements for implementing BI solutions
Develop reporting in Salesforce to quantify impact of operational problems and success metrics for solution implementation

Competencies

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to deliver clear, complete, and concise content at the executive and tactical level
Highly proficient in MS Excel including scenario modeling and forecasting
Experienced in distributed energy industry with a focus on solar and storage
Knowledgeable in relational databases and data structuring to ensure successful reporting
Comfortable presenting arguments and recommendations to key business stakeholders


Highly organized and detail oriented.
Team focused, knows when to lead, when to listen, and when to influence.
Proficient in Google Workspace preferred.

Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree required in a field that includes quantitative or technical coursework
4+ years of progressively responsible technical and/or analytics experience.
Previous experience or working knowledge of residential/distributed solar development, design, and operation including Third Party Ownership models
Demonstrated ability to develop analyses, models, propose recommendations, and execute upon such.
Strong Proficiency and understanding of Salesforce data models and reporting
Outstanding proficiency in MS Excel required
Capability with data analysis toolkits such as Python desired

Base Salary$65,000—$80,000 USD
