Our Product team is hyper-focused on creating products that solve real-world problems in the crowdsourced delivery space. Dedicated to RoadieXD™, Roadie’s brand new cross-dock solution, we are looking for a Product Manager who will develop and execute on a product roadmap focused meeting the ever-increasing scalability and performance requirements for RoadieXD™.
What You’ll Do
Work closely with the Product Lead of the Sender Experience to identify goals, direction, and execution
Communicate regularly with internal RoadieXD™ stakeholders (Operations, Development, Send/Drive/Internal Experience, etc) to understand their goals and help them identify root problems
Scope, plan, and deliver an actionable product backlog, prioritizing stories, and ship high-quality features weekly
Synthesize insights into a strong product direction and immerse yourself within the agile development team to execute your vision
Lead projects end-to-end as well as partnering cross-functionally to evaluate impact
Willingness to travel, when necessary, to visit warehouse operations to gather hands on insights and learnings
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in the product development life cycle
The ability to work with and navigate ambiguity
Experience collaborating with development, QA, and UX teams in an agile environment
Experience with warehouse management systems, preferred
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, using data to drive decision-making
Thrive in environments where you are balancing different perspectives and competing priorities
Radical thinking paired with strong execution- can envision a world different than the status quo with the ability to articulate a clear path to get there
