Why is this role important to Field Nation? Product Marketing Managers are the glue that binds our product strategy to the tactics needed to achieve success in sales and marketing and drive revenue. They are product evangelists and play an integral role in supporting product launches – from internal readiness to external rollout to ongoing optimization.The Product Marketing Manager – Marketplace is responsible for the platform functionality that powers how companies and independent technicians find and assign work, which includes the skills engine, rank functionality, match experience, pricing and coverage tool, executive dashboard, and more. This role is critical for ensuring buyers can find and efficiently assign the best possible providers for their work, and ensuring providers can find and accept the work that’s a fit for their skill set and experience level. What you'll do:Serve as the expert, evangelist, and PMM owner for our Marketplace product practice area, leading cross-functional go-to-market efforts for Tier 1 – Tier 5 product launches.Partner with the Marketplace product managers to collaboratively determine release scope and timelines along with awareness, trial, and adoption KPIs.Develop all launch-related collateral, enablement, and change management materials for internal and external audiences, including FAQs, sell sheets, pitch slides, release notes, support articles, and more.Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the launch plan and how we’re tracking against awareness, trial, and adoption KPIs – iterating on our approach and adjusting as needed to stay on track.You might be a good fit if you have:3-5 years of product marketing (or product marketing adjacent) experience with at least 2 years of experience in a market-facing role (e.g. delivering presentations to customers and prospects, conducting market research) in the B2B technology space. Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise, and compelling messages.Demonstrated ability to create high-quality sales collateral and supporting materials, including presentations, sell sheets, talking points, and objection handling – working with marketing as needed. Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and meet deadlines.Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build cross-functional relationships and work across multiple teams.
