At LHH, we are looking for a Career Advisor to guide and support candidates in their career transition, ensuring a high quality service aligned with our methodology. What will your mission be? To accompany candidates both individually and in groups through all phases of their outplacement process, ensuring they have the tools they need to conduct their job search effectively and strategically. Main Responsibilities - Provide personalized guidance on self analysis, communication, market research, networking, and interview preparation. - Deliver seminars and individual/group coaching sessions in virtual and/or in person formats. - Adapt your support to different target groups depending on program requirements. - Identify job opportunities and relevant information for outplacement, in collaboration with the Prospecting Department. - Update candidate information in the internal management system. - Prepare reports following the format defined by the Project Manager and the client or commercial team. - Ensure high quality consulting service delivery.RequisitosWhat are we looking for? Education and Experience - Degree in Psychology (postgraduate studies are a plus). - Other related academic backgrounds will also be considered. - 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources, consulting, headhunting, staffing agencies, or career guidance institutions.
