We have an amazing story with a unique perspective formed by innovative technology.Reporting into the VP, Enterprise Partnerships EMEA, this role will spearhead relationships with agency planning teams, client teams and AV/Digital activation. This role will support and build relationships with Heads of Programmatic, Traders, DSPs and client direct. This strategic sales position is responsible for owning the full sales cycle of Samba TV’s programmatic and measurement advertising solutions, which help brands and agencies deliver their messages across all screens, in real-time or anytime. Candidates must be highly motivated, possess outstanding communication skills, have demonstrated knowledge of online advertising and be willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and growing environment. There will be opportunities to influence the direction of the product roadmap and sales & marketing organization.ResponsibilitiesEvangelize and spearhead programmatic revenue growth in Germany.Build deep relationships with agency programmatic leads & trading teams across all major holding companies.Meet and exceed all programmatic revenue expectations.Maximize programmatic revenue and grow brand count across all Holding Co’s.Build relationships with DSP’s, and other partner demand teams to help facilitate spend & help troubleshoot issues with deliveryHelp support client direct opportunitiesProvide ongoing internal reporting & analysis of programmatic revenueDevelop an accurate revenue forecasting approach in Salesforce.Work with product team and other international programmatic teams to develop programmatic offering and bring new opportunities to marketPosition and maintain Samba TV as a thought leader in the programmatic spaceWork with internal product marketing stakeholders to grow awareness of this product with customers and generate go to market sales materialsBe the eyes and ears of the programmatic market feeding back salient information to product teams to help shape our programmatic productQualificationsDemonstrated ability to perform against quota and excel in a highly competitive marketThe ability to be fully autonomous and a self-motivated individual. This will be important as the role will be the only Samba TV employee based in Germany at this stage.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceProven sales success with a minimum of 6+ years total experience in advertising, digital media, mobile or internet technology salesStrong relationships at the leading agency holding and operating companiesDemonstrated strategic, consultative and analytical sales approach with focus on building partnerships with clientsCustomer-focused leadership with excellent communication, networking and negotiation skillsKnowledge of the TV/online/mobile advertising industry and data a plusWillingness to entertain clients during evenings and occasionally weekendsStrong references with partners, customers and colleaguesExisting, current relationships with media buying decision makersNetwork of contacts at SSPs,DSPs and the wider adtech network is desirableSamba TV is an equal opportunity employer.
