Job Title: Project Coordinator - Temporary Position


Department: PMO




Reports To: Director, Project Management


Location: Remote – US Based Only




FLSA Status: W-2, Hourly, Part-Time, Temporary Status – 45 to 60 days, could extend


Hours: 8:30 to 3 pm EST, Monday through Friday, approximately 29 hours each work week. First week will work 8:30 am to 5 pm EST for training.




Salary Range: $18 to $23 per hour depending on experience

Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to assist our dynamic Projects team for a temporary period; approximately 45 to 60 days in duration. In this role, you will work closely with the Director, Project Management and interface with cross-functional teams to establish standardized project templates and tracking, as well as oversee the planning, execution, and completion of standard repeatable projects. This position is ideal for a motivated individual looking to enhance their project management skills in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.



Essential Responsibilities:
• Create project templates for all standard cross functional projects
• Coordinate/gather all project documentation from all cross functional teams for standard projects
• Assist in the creation of a global project calendar
• Plan, execute, and oversee standard/repeatable projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met within scope and time.
• Coordinate with various departments, including sales, marketing, operations, and IT, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and highlight any proposed adjustments to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Prepare project reports and communicate updates to Director, Project Management and stakeholders.
• Ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant team members.
Minimum Educational/Experience Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED; plus a minimum of 3 years of applicable experience.
• Proven experience in managing projects.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, including ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with project management software, such as Asana, Monday, Microsoft Project are required.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
