TealBook is looking for a dynamic Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced, start-up environments and who can expertly manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results on time. This role will leverage a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, Jira, and technical processes to oversee projects involving 10-15 team members. Experience in the data or procurement field is a plus.

Technical Proficiency

Understand software development processes and follow complex technical projects.
Review and comprehend detailed technical Jira tickets.


Project Management Expertise

Manage complex software projects involving 10-15 team members.
Plan and execute software projects with precision.
Utilize Agile methodologies and Jira for effective project management.
Coordinate and align work across multiple teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Proficiency in task management and prioritization to ensure critical tasks are completed on time and project goals are met.


Communication

Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Provide concise and relevant context before meetings.
Connect discussions across multiple meetings and timeframes to maintain project continuity.


Organizational Skills

Exhibit a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Create and maintain project timelines and plans to ensure on-time delivery.


Industry Experience

Bring experience from software startup environments.
Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, UI/UX, backend, and frontend.
Experience in the fields of data or procurement is an advantage.


Personality Traits

Assertive and proactive with a "pusher" mentality.
Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a drive for excellence.
Skilled at influencing and coordinating without direct authority.


Qualifications

4-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a startup environment.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in a software development environment.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Jira.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
PMP certification is a plus.
