To start, you will focus on driving some of our biggest and most critical projects across Customer Care & Operations. Your efforts will help cross functional teams across Customer Service, Delivery, Partner Success, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement achieve their goals. As a Project Manager on our team, you’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and with ample communication throughout the entire organization. You’ll support each phase of project planning and execution, from initial brainstorm and requirement gathering to scheduling, reporting, and presenting. This position will work across the organization to ensure that we have an optimal experience for customers, partners, and caterers.

What You'll Do:

Collaborate: You’ll work closely with our Customer Care & Operations team and other teams throughout the organization such as product, engineering, sales, technical support, customer service, marketing, and analytics teams to help move our shared goals forward.
Be Priority-Driven & Punctual: You’ll manage the execution of complex & time critical projects by prioritizing our approach & flying through roadblocks.
Communicate Effectively: You’ve got experience thoughtfully explaining unique concepts to diverse audiences, and know how to keep everyone on the same page.
Focus Areas: To start, you will focus on driving some of our biggest and most critical projects across Customer Care & Operations. What You Have:

Tech-knowledgeable: You’re competent using project management software including Monday.com and Jira. You are also an Excel pro with at least 1 year experience and proficiency in organizing & interpreting data sets with multiple factors and inputs (including how to set up v-lookups and pivot tables).
A Natural Relationship Builder: You make connections and keep them. You are deft at “managing across.” You have experience working with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Sales, Technical Support and Customer Service teams. Your superpower is building a positive, cohesive, cross-functional project team focused on execution and project success.
Insanely Autonomous: You love setting audacious goals and are fully comfortable directing your own way to get there. You commit to a schedule and stick to it.
Detail Oriented: You’re comfortable getting deep in the details of a project if it means accelerating progress. You have an “own it and figure it out” mindset. You’ve got meticulous attention to detail and an amazing ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
Agile & Flexible: You manage risk but aren’t afraid to iterate. You ideally are familiar with high growth operations & problem solving in fast-paced tech spaces. You have an excellent track record of on-time delivery of projects as well as a keen eye for anticipating bottlenecks & roadblocks.
A circus-level juggler: You’re comfortable with a high-volume list of varied tasks and are comfortable prioritizing them.
