Project Manager Associate - Industrial ConstructionReports To: Project Manager/Senior Project ManagerJob Summary:The Project Manager Associate in Industrial Construction assists in planning, coordinating, and overseeing industrial construction projects from inception to completion. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning: Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.Coordination: Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and schedules.Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Monitoring: Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior project managers and stakeholders.Support: Assist in procurement, cost control, and resource allocation.Qualifications:Education: Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.Experience: 1-3 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the industrial sector.Strong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)Knowledge of construction processes and safety regulationsProject Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.Physical Requirements:Ability to work on construction sites, which may include climbing, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
