You will be part of a team of over 20 Project Managers, working collaboratively across departments and with external clients. Key Responsibilities - Manage 1015 simultaneous clinical trial logistics projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met. - Coordinate internal teams across Operations, Technical Development, Supply Chain, and Business Development. - Design and improve procedures to optimize processes and launch new services. - Participate in client negotiations and support commercial and billing activities. - Prepare detailed progress reports and maintain direct communication with national and international clients.Requisitos- Experience as a Project Manager, ideally with external client interaction. - University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, Health Sciences, or similar. - High level of English - Highly organized, analytical, and collaborative mindset - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and management information systems.Se ofrece- Integration into a well-established team of Project Managers. - Intensive 2-week onboarding training to get familiar with tools and processes. - Hybrid work model with 3 remote days per week. - Flexible working hours to support work-life balance. - Real opportunities for professional growth in an international environment.
