They will map out an action plan, which will inevitably evolve as new information is gathered, and ultimately execute on it with limited additional directionCandidate should be determined, adaptable, and an excellent problem solver. Needs to be able to think strategically with a steady focus on the end goal, while also having a proven track record of delivering on cross-functional initiativesCandidate must be able to work on multiple efforts in parallel and be able to prioritize and reprioritize as efforts evolveThese ad-hoc initiatives will span a variety of functions – including digital, data, and modelling – but the candidate will be working with SMEs in each area, so deep knowledge in these areas is less important than having a high level of curiosity, ability to ask the right questions, a thoroughness in following up, and an overall ability to drive changeQualificationsBachelor's Degree and 4 years of related experience in the field of
project managementExcellent project management and organizational skillsExperience working in the financial services industry preferred.Knowledge and experience with working along multiple layers of creative
reviews and approvalsExcellent communication skills, particularly as it pertains to tailoring
one's message and style to best reach one's audience --- in both formal and
informal settings and regardless of the audience (e.g. technical, creative,
legal, internal and external auditors, senior managers and officers)Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a
strong sense of urgency.Demonstrates flexibility in approach to different types of business
problems and a willingness to change course when necessary to avoid project
setbacks.Outstanding relationship building and relationship management skills.Comfortable with ambiguity; able to create and establish structure and
process across cross-functional teams when ambiguous situations and new
