Partnering with providers and health plans, including CMS' new GUIDE dementia care model, Synapticure is dedicated to transforming the lives of millions of individuals and their families living with neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and ALS.The Role The Project Manager will work with life sciences organizations(s) to implement and operationalize new partnerships focused on accessing new therapies and measuring outcomes in patient populations. You will help structure workflows and define requirements, leading a cross-functional group of clinical, technical and life sciences team members to ensure these initiatives exceed the expectations of our partners. You will also work with various functions within our partner organizations, identifying opportunities for further collaboration. Job Duties – What you’ll be doing Collaborate with Operations, Product, Growth, and Clinical leadership to define, scope, and complete initiativesDevelop and manage detailed project plans and timelines, identifying potential risks proactively and developing mitigation strategies Maintain continuous compliance with SLA requirements including data collection and transmission, and reporting to partnersBuild strong relationships with key functions at partners and support navigation of relationships towards expansion opportunities Manage project-specific budget and resources Requirements – What we look for in you3-5 years of project management experience in pharma, care delivery or digital health; experience with therapy development regulations and compliance is strongly preferred Proven experience managing projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersProficiency in a variety of project management software and tools (e.g., Trello, Google Suite, ClickUp, etc.)Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workWe’re founded by a patient and caregiver, and we’re a remote-first company.
